A spacious, newly refurbished and very comfortable holiday cottage, sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, both with WC and washbasin. Central heating, tv/video, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Conservatory, patio area and large garden, ample parking – off-road location. Electricity included. Bedlinen not provided.
Ground floor accommodation comprises:
hallway, shower room with WC, large kitchen/dining room with both Aga and electric cooker, utility room, 3rd bedroom with king size bed, sitting room with open fireplace, french windows leading to conservatory, patio area and large garden.
First floor accommodation comprises: landing leading to 1st bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. 2nd bedroom with double bed, having view of sea. Bathroom with WC.
`Well behaved` children and pets welcome!
Holiday beaches: Nearest beach Porth Iago, approximately 30 minutes walk (there is a car park but as access is over farmland a charge of £1 is made by the farmer). Whistling Sands beach approximately 3 miles drive; Aberdaron approximately 3 miles drive and Abersoch approximately 6 miles.
Towns (by car): Pwllheli 20 minutes, Portmadoc 40 minutes, Carnaervon 1 hour and Bangor 1¼ hours. N.B. All journeying times are approximate.
